Prea comozi ca sa traim mai mult?

Am citit acum ceva timp cateva concluzii ale unui studiu britanic despre nutritie si sanatate, parte a proiectului EPIC. Rezultatele arata ca un stilul de viata sanatos (fara fumat, cu o alimentatie bogata in fructe si legume, un consum moderat de alcool si exercitii fizice regulate) va poate prelungi viata in medie cu 14 ani.

Nu sunt niste obiective imposibil de atins, nu? Si nici surprinzatoare! Poate putin cam scump acest mod de viata, dar merita!
