Multi cred ca sunt curiosi sa afle cate calorii consuma dormind sau privind la TV… spre exemplu! Asa ca am facut o lista cu cateva activitati comune si cat consuma (in calorii) intr-o ora un individ practicandu-le!

So… cifrele sunt estimate pentru un individ cu o greutate de 70 kg si variaza in functie de greutate, intensitatea sportului, si prin extensie de BMI

  • privitul la TV “arde” aprox 75 calorii/ora
  • dormitul - 45 cal/h
  • statul pe scaun - 80 cal/h
  • mersul rapid - 300 cal/h
  • hoinaritul - 210 cal/h
  • munca la birou - 250 cal/h
  • joaca cu copii - 220 cal/h
  • gradinaritul - 330 cal/h
  • datul cu aspiratorul sau maturatul - 150 cal/h
  • curatenie grea - 435 cal/h
  • curatenie usoara - 240 cal/h
  • caratul bagajelor - 505 cal/h
  • cositul - 330 cal/h
  • inotul - 605 cal/h
  • joggingul - 675 cal/h
  • fotbalul - 470 cal/h
  • dansul - 370 cal/h
  • mersul cu bicicleta (pe suprafata plata) - 445 cal/h
  • golful - 245 cal/h
  • basketball (pe jumatate de teren) - 405 cal/h

    Este indicat ca dupa 2 luni de la un avc hemoragic sa zbori cu avionul ?

    Contraindicatia absoluta este in primele 2 saptamani. Daca neurologul si medicul de familie nu i-au interzis (din cauza unor eventuale complicatii/boli asociate/etc), atunci poate zbura.
