Daca tot suntem la acest capitol… Un studiu publicat astazi in Archives of Internal Medicine arata ca sedentarismul accelereaza imbatranirea, creste riscul de boli ce apar de obicei la varste mai inaintate si chiar de moarte prematura. Fumatul, obezitatea si un status socioeconomic scazut sunt factori de risc suplimentari.

Concluzia? “Adults who partake in regular physical activity are biologically younger than sedentary individuals”…
